When you buy a watch, it should be something you totally love. Something to be treasured, even passed on to the next generation. If you're not happy, then we're not happy. And we will strive to make it right.
We offer a no hassle, 60-day free return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return for a full refund or to make an exchange.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, undamaged, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com with the details of your request. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, so shipping will be on us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at firstname.lastname@example.org.
DAMAGE AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If you would like to make an exchange, please contact us at email@example.com to let us know. Include a copy of your receipt or purchase confirmation, as well as which product you would like in exchange. We will provide a shipping label with which to return your initial purchase. Please make sure to include all of the items in the packaging (the box, certificate of authenticity, polishing cloth, tag). Also, your item must be returned in perfect condition. If it is damaged or scratched in any way, your exchange will be denied.
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
